To that end, we have not added the standard retail-markup to our pricing that covers the cost of exchanges or returns. Therefore, all sales are final. We will IMMEDIATELY replace any ornament for reasons of manufacturer defect or some error on our part. Simply send us an email and tell us what's wrong with it.
