Estimated Shipping Costs
As an estimate, we offer the general guidelines here for shipments within the United States and to Canada:

Most single ornament orders cost around $10 to ship.
Most 2-ornament orders cost around $15 to ship.
Most 3-ornament orders cost around $18 to ship.
Most 4-ornament orders cost around $19 to ship.

Within the US and most parts of Canada, we offer half price shipping on orders over $100.00, and absolutely free shipping on orders over $200.00.

How Shipping Costs Are Determined
Occasionally, someone will want an inexpensive glass ornament shipped for around $5.00. It's usually stated that, "the ornament is glass and doesn't weigh very much". To be clear, there are four factors that determine cost in shipping:

1. the amount of packaging required to insure an undamaged arrival to the destination
2. the size of the box itself (dimensional charges on the part of carriers)
3. the weight of the box
4. the actual distance the package will be traveling

At Glass Ornament Shop, we have a 99.982% perfect delivery rating. We realize that nobody wants to receive a broken glass ornament, and even worse: nobody wants to explain to someone why their Christmas gift will be arriving after Christmas. We understand the need for perfect and timely deliveries in our business, and as such, the cost of shipping our glass ornaments reflects each of the above factors.

It is our goal for your shipping charge to include the cost, as well as mirror as closely as possible the way the carrier charges for your specific package, as opposed to a generalized shipping charge. Therefore, our system is programmed to exactly calculate your shipping charge based on the items you order and the distance to your destination. You can enter your order, and the system will show you the exact shipping cost.

International Shipping
We DO ship internationally. However, due to foreign bank limitations on credit card verification, we only accept Paypal for shipments originating outside of the US.
