In establishing our on-line store, we decided to offer the very lowest prices possible. To that end, we have not added the standard retail-markup to our pricing that covers the cost of exchanges or returns. Therefore, all sales are final. We will IMMEDIATELY replace any ornament for reasons of manufacturer defect or some error on our part. Simply send us an email and tell us what's wrong with it. One of our customer service agents will respond to you promptly. If for ANY reason you have not heard back within 48 hours, please re-send your email and put "re-send" in the subject line. Occasionally, email does indeed not arrive, and we do not want to appear to neglect any of our customers for any reason.
